Here’s a mom’s feeble attempt at trying to induce urination…the old junior high slumber party trick with the hand in the warm water…it didn’t work.

Specific prayer request: physically, please pray for Noah Steven’s brain to begin regeneration and communication with his nerves throughout his body. Spiritually, please pray as the Holy Spirit leads you…

For us: endurance, perseverance, Peace that comes from God alone, strength, hope, faith, trust, a little more Peace, etc… Posted by Picasa

  1. “Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times and in every way. The Lord be with all of you.” 2 Thess. 3:16

We are praying that His peace will overwhelm your family.

  2. “He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall, but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”(Isaiah 40: 29-31)

There are many here in the Netherlands who are praying for Noah and you and your family. You and your beautiful son continue to amaze and inspire us. I hope that your strength will be renewed!

  3. Adrienne,
… continuing with prayers and praise… even when the praise and thanks are for things yet unknown and unseen…

… sorry I missed you and Jason last night. I was away from my computer, but it was still on…

  4. Adrienne,
So sorry I couldn’t meet you Sunday, but I did get to meet the precious Noah.

Many more praying friends have been made aware of Noah this week – heaven is surely being bombarded with prayers for the little guy. My heart breaks today as I read your posts of this morning and last night. May God wrap His great big arms of comfort and peace around you.

    Continuing to pray –
    Audrey

  5. Jason and Ade… I am so sorry! I wish I was there to hug your tiny man! And I wish my Mom was there to massage him 🙂 We will be praying for you and we will check back when we get in town. Love you guys! Jeremy, Wendy and Andrew (Isaac too) 🙂

  6. ‘Lord Jesus, we do not fear the future because we know you who have the future in your hand. What a joy to know you are the same yesterday, today and forever.’

My heart is there with you in Denver – it never left. cb

  7. Miracles and Moonlight
    (Joy Morgan Davis)

    I woke just now
    In the night
    And found Moonlight
    Spread across my bed…
    Soft, like silver silk,
    A pearl-pale coverlet of
    Heavenly light.

    It is amazing how
    Quiet I feel…
    No qualms,
    No quickened pulse…

    Tomorrow my beloved physician
    My friend and confident,
Will tell me the results of
    The tests…
    I wonder,
    But I’m not afraid.
    There have been times
    I’ve forgotten
    How much You care,
    How You can turn
    Tradgedy into triumph
    As easily as You turned
    Water into wine…

    But not tonight,
    Lord…
    Tonight I remember!

    So,
    I’ll say
    Good night now…
All this moonlight has made me
    Sleepy.

  8. I wish I knew what to pray. I wish I knew what to say. So many leave eloquent words of faith and inspiration on Noah’s blog. I am thankful for them.

Today as with most days, my heart simply growns for your family. Your faith and the support of the Church draws me toward the mystery of Christ.

  9. “He (God) Himself has said, I will not in any way fail you nor give you up nor leave you without support. I will not, I will not, I will not in any degree leave you helpless nor forsake nor let you down (relax my hold on you!) Assuredly not! Hebrews 13:5b (Amp.)

Adrienne, we are lifting up your arms this day as the battle continues – may great peace engulf
your room – we love you.

  10. Hi Friends,

Thank you for your dedication in keeping us updated on sweet Noah. I know at times you must feel as if it’s the last thing you want to do, but we all appreciate being able to follow his progress and also to feel closer to all of you even though there are many miles between us.

In this season of thanks, we are grateful for all that the Lord has done and we are thankful in advance for all He will continue to do. We are so thankful for each of you and the impact you’ve had on our lives over the years. We are thankful for Noah and the precious little boy that he is and the difference he is making in so many people’s lives.

We know this Thanksgiving will be a little different for you, but we pray you have a beautiful day enjoying God’s blessings and abundance. Please know that you continue to be in our prayers daily.

    Psalm 27:14
“Wait for the Lord, be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.”

    Love you,
    Rudy and Heather
