Grief and loss are something we all experience here on Earth. I mean, there’s a 100% chance we’re all going to die. No one gets out of here alive, at least physically speaking.
I used to fear death, as well as try to avoid pain at all costs. Having walked through the loss of a child, and recently losing my Mom (2014) and Dad (2017) the fear of death no longer tangles me. I’ve discovered we don’t take anything with us, so living intentionally NOW is all we CAN do.
I don’t have it all figured out, but pain and suffering are two things I’ve embraced because in walking through them, I am learning to live life to the fullest. One. Day. At. A. Time.
